• IvyscoreAI does not have access to your actual academic records, official transcripts, or real admissions data. All analysis is based solely on the text you provide.
• Results may vary significantly from your actual admission outcomes. Do not make major life decisions based solely on IvyscoreAI results.

3. AI-generated content disclaimer
IvyscoreAI uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate analysis, scores, tips, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
• AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies
• The AI may misinterpret information you provide
• Scores and recommendations are algorithmic estimates, not human expert opinions
• The same inputs may produce different outputs on different occasions
• AI technology is constantly evolving and our analysis methods may change
We make no warranty that AI-generated analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
4. No professional advice
Nothing on IvyscoreAI constitutes professional educational, counselling, legal, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions about college applications, financial aid, and educational planning.
5. Accuracy of information
College acceptance rates, admission statistics, and other data shown on IvyscoreAI are based on publicly available information and may not be current or accurate. College admissions policies change frequently. Always verify information directly with colleges.
6. User accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use IvyscoreAI for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to circumvent our systems or payment requirements.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refund policy: Contact support@ivyscoreai.com within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not available except where required by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IvyscoreAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
• Reliance on AI-generated analysis or scores
• College admission or rejection decisions
• Inaccurate or incomplete analysis
• Any other use of the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
